- Prior to Arrival: Customers may cancel or reschedule their service booking at any time before the serviceman arrives at the designated location.
- Upon Arrival: Once our serviceman has reached your home/premises, cancellation is no longer possible, and the service visit fee will be applicable.
We are committed to resolving your issues effectively. If a fault cannot be rectified by the attending serviceman during the initial visit:
- Expert Escalation: We will dispatch a second, more experienced technician to complete the task.
- No Cancellation Clause: An unresolved visit by the initial technician does not qualify for cancellation or refund. We reserve the right to resolve the issue through our escalation process.
- Additional Costs: No additional visit charges will apply for the follow-up expert technician for the same reported issue.
